I have worked as an Administrative Assistant at SmileQuest for 29 years. I live in Esmond with my husband Raymond. I have 3 grown daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandkids. When I’m not working I enjoy doing anything outdoors and spending time with family.

Ashley

I grew up in Wahpeton, ND which is where my parents still live and work. I earned my degree in Dental Hygiene from NDSCS, Wahpeton in May of 2015, I then obtained my bachelors in dental hygiene in 2017 from Mankato online.  I have lived in Devils Lake for several years now, working for SmileQuest as both a Hygienist and Assistant. I couldn’t think of a better town and office to start my career in and I’m so thankful to be here! My husband Tanner and I love spending time with friends & family.  Sports are big in our house so you can usually catch us cheering on North Star athletics and the Green Bay Packers.  We are expecting our first child in April and our cat Sonny is looking forward to being a big brother!

Cassi

I have worked at SmileQuest Dental since 1998 as a Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Northwest Technical College, obtaining my Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. I live in Devils Lake with my  daughter Elizabeth and our dog Luna.   When I am not working, I am following my daughter to her many sporting and extra curricular activities, I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with friends.  

Dani

Dani was born and raised in Devils Lake, and joined our practice in 2015. She has over 18 years customer service experience and enjoys serving the Lake Region community. Dani graduated with an associates of art from LRSC in Devils Lake.  Dani and her husband Chris have two children Olivia and Gannon and one dog Millie.  In her free time Dani loves to garden and watch her children grow into great humans.

DeAnne

DeAnne has been a dental hygienist for 25+ years, graduating from NDSCS, Wahpeton. She and her husband, Donovan have called Devils Lake home all their lives. They have two grown children and are now empty nesters except for their 13 year old dog.

Jenn

Jenn is a Registered, Certified Dental Assistant, who joined the SmileQuest team in 2002. Having held many different positions in the dental field, she enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Jenn is married with two young boys and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Karla

Karla graduated from Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene. She has worked as a dental hygienist for 13 ½ years. Karla and her husband, Blaine, have three children.

Kylie

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. I was born and raised in Glenburn, ND and have been working in the dental profession for 16 years. I have been at SmileQuest for eight years working as a Dental Hygienist and a Dental Assistant. I live on the beautiful shores of Devils Lake with my husband and four dogs – “our boys”. I enjoy being on the lake, spending time with friends and family, shopping and watching movies.

Lisa

Lisa is the Treatment Coordinator at SmileQuest. She started working here in 2000 as a Certified Dental Assistant and has more than 27 years of dental experience. Lisa lives outside of Devils Lake with her husband Scott and dog Tucker. They have 4 grown children (3 sons and 1 daughter), 3 daughter in laws and 2 adorable grandkids. When not working, Lisa enjoys traveling, walking and spending time outdoors.

Roxanne

Roxanne is married to Bryan. They are the parents of two grown boys and proud grandparents of one grandson. Roxanne has over 30 years’ experience as a dental hygienist. She loves to be at the lake, spend time with family and read.

Tina

I am a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant and have been with Dr. Rollin Herman and the SmileQuest team for 24+ years. I live near Esmond on our family farm with my husband, Bill and our 3 boys and our full Collie, Zoey.

Brooke

I graduated from the NDSCS dental hygiene program in 2014. While working, I took on-line classes and graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in December 2016 from Mankato. I enjoy four-wheeling, hiking, traveling, and working on craft projects.

Bree

I grew up in Lakota ND and currently live on a farm with my husband.  I attended NDSCS and graduated with a Dental Hygiene degree.  I have been working at SmileQuest as a hygienist for one year.  I have a large a family and love to spend time with them outdoors!

Kayla

Hello!  My name is Kayla.  I was born and raised in Hoven, SD and now live in Lakota, ND with my finance Kody.  I graduated from NDSCS in 2022 with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene.  I have been working at SmileQuest as a Dental Hygienist for 1 year.  I have two younger sisters.  I love spending time with my family and friends outdoors.

Krista

Krista is a graduate of LRSC with an associate degree in applied science.  She grew up in Warwick ND and now lives in Devils Lake with her husband Nathan, dog Remi, cat Roobert and new puppy Nala.  Krista has been working as a dental assistant for 5 years at the office.  Krista loves to spend time with her family and doing anything and everything outside!
